Create Procurement Schedule - How to use

To enable the Partition Specifier to create a complete Materials Schedule for this project you simply need to enter the following information for each partition type:

  • The Total Run of the partition type
  • The number of Doors and Windows
  • The number of Stops etc. (Internal / External Corners, Abutments, T-Junctions and Stop Ends)
  • Stud length
  • Board size

You also have the option of choosing a Moisture Resistant board (this defaults to "no") and the Wastage Allowance (important - the wastage figure is set by default to 10% for each partition type).

Once you have entered all the data, click on "Create Materials Schedule" button at the top of the page and a PDF Materials Schedule will be created for you to save or print, or you can export a spreadsheet version.
